👑🔥 WHICH KING WILL WIN?

🔥 Introduction

We are in the last hour of the Church age. This is not the time to play church, chase comfort, or coast on religion.

Satan is focused — the battleground is the human soul. And here’s what’s painfully clear: Nobody wants to be confronted for their sin.

• Not in the church
• Not in politics
• Not in culture
• Not in the pulpit
• Not in the pew

They’ll accept motivation. They’ll celebrate inspiration. But confrontation? Conviction? Repentance? They’ll kill the messenger.

Just like they killed the prophets. Just like they stoned Stephen. Just like they crucified Jesus.

But killing truth doesn’t stop truth — it exposes the throne. And the throne demands a decision.

💣 I. YOUR LIFE ISN’T A DEMOCRACY — IT’S A KINGDOM

• The throne of your heart has only one seat.
• Every moment, one king is sitting on it:
• King Self — your pride, lust, rebellion, image, excuses.
• King Jesus — your Creator, Judge, and rightful Lord.

“No one can serve two masters.” — Matthew 6:24

⚔️ II. KING SELF IS A LIAR AND A KILLER

King Self promises freedom, but delivers chains. King Self whispers:

• “Live for you.”
• “You deserve this.”
• “You’ve got time.”

But he leads straight to death.

“The mind set on the flesh is death.” — Romans 8:6

How many are in hell right now because they crowned Self and silenced God?

👑 III. KING JESUS ISN’T LOOKING TO SHARE — HE’S TAKING OVER

• Jesus doesn’t negotiate with idols.
• He doesn’t co-rule.
• He doesn’t ride in the trunk while you drive.

“If anyone would come after Me, let him deny himself, take up his cross, and follow Me.” — Matthew 16:24

You don’t invite Jesus into your life — you surrender to Him.

📉 IV. DAVID LET SELF RULE — AND IT NEARLY DESTROYED HIM

David, a man after God’s heart, let Self take the throne:

• Self saw Bathsheba.
• Self took her.
• Self covered it.
• Self murdered to keep the crown.

“You are the man.” — 2 Samuel 12:7

God told David, “You’ve despised Me” — not just the law, not just Uriah, but God Himself.

This is what sin really is: not just “mistakes” — but betrayal.

💀 V. DELAY IS NOT NEUTRAL — IT’S A DECISION

“I’ll repent later” is not a delay — it’s a vote for King Self.

• Every second you hesitate, you’re saying: “I’d rather reign than repent.”

“When I find a convenient time…” — Acts 24:25

Some of you are gambling your soul on “later.” That’s not repentance — it’s spiritual suicide.

🕯️ VI. NOW IS MERCY — AND MERCY HAS AN EXPIRATION DATE

“Now is the day of salvation.” — 2 Corinthians 6:2

• You don’t come when you feel ready.
• You come when the Spirit calls — or you don’t come at all.
• Conviction is a summons from Heaven, not a feeling.
• If you resist long enough, God will let you go.

“My Spirit will not always strive with man.” — Genesis 6:3

🚨 VIII. FINAL QUESTION: WHICH KING WINS?

You’re not waiting to decide — you’re deciding now.

• Every heartbeat is a throne room vote.
• Every compromise is a crown offered to Self.
• Every resistance to the Spirit is rebellion.

“Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh…” — Galatians 5:24

You either kill Self, or Self kills you.

🗣️ CALL TO ACTION: Come While the Spirit Is Calling

Come before the silence comes. Come before the numbness comes. Come before your sin destroys everything.

If you feel Him calling — come now.

• Don’t let pride keep you in chains.
• Don’t let fear of exposure block your freedom.
• Don’t let years of church-going fool you into thinking you’re safe.

Come broken. Come fast. Come free.
